Jeff has been guiding on Table Rock Lake, Beaver Tailwaters and the Kings River since he was 12 years old. So he has over 40 years of guiding experience. Some ask how can anyone begin guiding at 12 years old. Jeff’s dad JD Fletcher is a fishing legend and guided for over 50 years. He started running float trips down the White River before it was dammed up so Jeff grew up at his family’s resort. He was fishing as soon as he could walk and was a seasoned fisherman by the age of 12. Jeff has 8 full years of professional fishing experience at the national level. He qualified to be in the Bass Anglers Sportsman’s Society (B.A.S.S.) Top 100 seven years-in-a-row and has qualified for the BASS Master Classic, the World Championship of Bass Fishing. He will accommodate you no matter your skill level, whether beginner or seasoned tournament angler looking for help with an upcoming tournament on the lake.

He’s patient with young anglers and likes to introduce people to the sport of fishing. Jeff coached the Cassville, Missouri High School fishing team for 5 years. His sons Riley and Carter had wins and many high finishes on the High School circuit. Not only will you have a great day fishing with Jeff, but you’ll be entertained by the many stories about his dad JD and all the guides that worked out of Devil’s Dive Resort. Jeff is a 5th generation Ozarker so you will also get a history lesson about the area.
